This portfolio highlights my work completed during my internship at IBM and Woodside Energy. The experience was an invaluable opportunity to contribute to digital transformation in dynamic corporate environments. I focused on enhancing online experiences through XD and UX/UI design, content strategy, web development and project collaboration.

During my time there I assisted in the re-design and optimisation of supply chain interfaces, supported interactive communications, and contributed to a Future Lab project centered on improving user experience. I played an active role in requirements discovery, stakeholder engagement, and navigation design, developing standardised templates and strategies to support the Warehousing, Inventory & Logistics team. These projects have allowed me to directly impact enterprise-scale operations and hone my ability to solve creative and technical challenges in large teams.
